Jaycee's effervescent personality shines through she works really well to read and engage her audience, so they have the best experience. She is clearly passionate about what she does, and I would highly recommend her workshops to all.

We’ve had really good feedback about the laughter yoga sessions – they’ve gone down a treat and have proved very popular. Our Carers have told us that they really enjoy her sessions and look forward to them every month thank you ever so much for making this much needed skillset available to Carers

Carers Week in-person Event
Jaycee has a great positive presence that encourages people to overcome their own anxieties and to join in with the session that is uplifting, relaxing and empowering. The sessions help carers to destress, meet other carers to combat isolation and loneliness and leave with improved wellbeing, ready to carry on caring. I would highly recommend Jaycee for any event for unpaid carers and the wider community. it is a joy to see her use her own personal experience of caring to improve the lives of other carers.

Carers Online Session
The sessions provided a space for Carers to connect with others, relax and just be themselves for an hour. Carers felt more relaxed, enjoyed connecting with others and were able to take away new tools to support them in their caring role. We would recommended these sessions to other organisations to support the wellbeing of their service users

Our clients had a great time - it was plain to see. One lady told us she'd love it to be offered on a prescription. It felt like we were getting 3 classes for 1 - mindfulness, chair exercise and laughter! Jaycee is a tonic herself with her messages of positivity and encouragement. The laughter and smiles didn't stop when the session ended - lots of happy chatter about an afternoon well spent. Jaycee made everyone feel at ease.

Many participants said they enjoyed the session and felt relaxed afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending Zen Laughter to any services seeking a dementia-friendly activity to enhance well-being and provide an engaging and uplifting experience for their service users. Many thanks to Jaycee for putting on this wonderful session.

Participating in a Zen Laughter session was an innovative way for our group to be ‘in the moment’ allowing them to focus on their capacity for joy, in whatever way they felt comfortable with. Our thanks to Jaycee for working with our Women’s Health Network to show that laughter, amidst the stresses of life, can make a huge difference to your outlook and wellbeing.

A lot of caring is about the unspoken and invisible fears and worries that are constantly running in the background. When I’m in a happier space,  I’m more patient and more relaxed and generally better able to deal with everything. Attending your laughter workshop took me on a joyful fun adventure which gave me permission to laugh with others and  connect with my emotions in a way that talking doesn’t.Â
