We use Laughter as an exercise to help people feel good

In today's fast-paced world, stress and anxiety can take a toll on our mental and physical health. We often forget to take time to laugh and have fun, which can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected and unhappy.

 

What We Do

Our online and in-person workshops combine laughter yoga with relaxation therapy and mindfulness, to help reduce stress and improve mood. 

We deliver workshops online and in-person combining laughter yoga with relaxation therapy and simple mindfulness practices. We're not just about fun for the sake of it, we're about stress reduction , personal growth and building stronger communities.
